Membership and cluster management organisation ScotlandIS has announced that nominations are now being accepted for the 2022 Digital Technology Awards.

The awards – which have been running for eleven years – showcase excellence within Scotland’s tech industry, rewarding the innovation, expertise, and ambition of large and small businesses – as well as the people who work within them.

A focus at the 2022 awards will be a celebration of what has been achieved over the last year and recognising individual commitments to pertinent causes, ScotlandIS said.

New categories have been added including Climate Champion, Open-Source Contribution and Best Workplace which aim to honour technical innovation, positive company culture and the fight against climate change.

Commenting on the awards, Karen Meechan, CEO of ScotlandIS, said: “Each year, the Digital Technology Awards delivers a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the wealth of innovation and talent Scotland has to offer.

“I encourage everyone to nominate companies or individuals that you feel deserve to be awarded for their tremendous efforts and look forward to seeing the diverse talent recognised in this year’s nominees.”

ScotlandIS has released information on the available categories. Nominations are now being accepted for:

  • Tech For Good
